Lovely as a Tree - A Christmas Card

Originally posted on December 20, 2014

Christmas is almost here!   Have you been busy making your Christmas cards?

I want to share a card with you that you can make very simply or step it up to make a fancy fold card.

Here is a picture of the card made as a simple card before I added the “fancy fold”.

Lovely as a Tree is such a versatile stamp set.  Just love it!

This next picture is the card front after I added the tag “flap” as a fancy fold. Wondering how I got the end of the tag? I inserted the end of a 2” wide strip of Whisper White over and under a die from the Deco Labels Collection so only the end was cut.

I cut out a second star from the Stars Framelits to add back onto the front star and used a Project Life pen to add some interest.

If you enjoyed this card, please leave a comment – I’d love to hear from you.
