Open Sea

 

January is full of birthdays for my family, one of those birthdays is my son-in-law's, Jason.  He is such a great guy and so good to my daughter and the kids.   He's my favorite!  (Actually he's one of three favorites, but don't tell him!)  I think he even likes me!  LOL

The Open Sea set is such a great set for a masculine card, and the new set, Hello Sailor, in the Celebrate the Everyday catalog is a great compliment to the set.  For this clean card I stamped the ship twice and cut out the sails and adhered to the first stamped image for depth.

I love the designer series paper, High Tide, it was perfect for this card.
