Everything Eleanor

After a card class I had a leftover packet of card stock with cherry cobbler, whisper white and brushed silver in it.  I didn't want to make the exact same card that we made in class (which I originally posted on December 29th), I pulled out the Everything Eleanor stamp set and the Gorgeous Grunge set.  After some fussy cutting here is the card.

To make the butterfly I stamped the butterfly onto silver glimmer paper, punched it out, and then sponged the edge.  The stamped image only added dimension since the ink did not adhere clearly to the glitter on the paper.  It is quite pretty when you can personally see it.

Paper:  Whisper White; Brushed Silver; Cherry Cobbler; Glimmer paper - silver

  1. This card is beautiful. How do you make the lines across? If you don't mind telling me..

  2. Thank you for the kind comment.

The lines are made with a stamp from the Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Grunge set. The set is perfect for adding that little bit of detail on your cards! If you are interested in seeing the entire set you can go to my web store and under the product tab select shop now and it will bring you to a page where you can enter the set name in the search area and it will pull it up. (Hope that all makes sense!)

    Thank you for stopping by!
