A late night creation! The Petite Petals are so much fun to work with. They're just the right size to layer and make a bouquet! I love them in Pool Party, so soft and delicate. And, don't you love the designer series paper from the Sweet Sorbet series! Gotta love that black with blue!
I have enjoyed the cards I've seen on the web using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch and decided to try my hand at it. I altered the card from what I've seen by cutting down the piece that makes the closure and added a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 black card base. I also made the card "landscaped" verses "portrait".

Very pretty! In regards to your last question, I like the way the extra black makes the card pop ... but the hexagon format looks like a soccer ball. Or maybe I'm just a soccer mom ..
ReplyDeleteLove the card - I'm with Amber---love the black, but not crazy about the hexagon hive. Jackie C
